Returns and refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Before initiating the return, please contact us via email at [email protected]

Products that you wish to return must meet the following criteria:

• In terms of 14 days you can change or retur if:
• The product has not been used
• The product is in the original packaging
• You can present a receipt or any proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

When returning an item, you can choose whether to you want to:

• Receive a refund
• Receive a replacement
• Receive a different item of the same value

The refundable amount will be transferred to your bank account within 3 business days.

If you request a replacement, or a different item of the same value, you will have to cover the costs of shipping. In this case you will be sent a bill for the expenses.
