What makes a cooling pillow work?
Cool-touch surfaces can create an initially cooler sensation when you lie down.
Breathable mesh and ventilation channels are designed to let air move around or through the pillow.
Moisture-managing fabrics help move perspiration away from the contact surface.
None of these passive materials actively refrigerates your pillow. Actual comfort depends on room temperature, bedding, humidity and how you sleep.
