Returns

NOXNOX Return Window: We offer a 14-day return window on our entire NOXNOX product line.

Product Condition: For a return to be eligible, the product must be unopened and unused. The packaging must remain intact, and the item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Any sign of damage, wear, or use will void the return eligibility.

Hygiene Exceptions: To uphold strict hygiene standards, Eye Masks, silk covers, and duvet covers cannot be returned.

Initiating a Return: Please contact us via email to begin the return process.

Early Cancellations: The ability to stop an order before it leaves our warehouse is limited due to automated processes. If this occurs, your right to return remains, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Fees: All returns incur a €30 processing and sustainability fee*.

If you exercise your right to withdrawal, you must pay for the return and accompanying handling costs. Returns must be done via a courier of your choice.

Exchanges

Process: To initiate an exchange, please return your original item (customer covers return shipping) and place a new order for your desired replacement.

Product Condition: The returned product must be unused with its original packaging intact.

Exchange Fees: There is a €20 exchange processing fee including shipping associated with exchanges. You must pay for the return and accompanying handling costs. Returns must be done via a courier of your choice.

Complaints

Contact: Please direct any complaints, regardless of their nature, to us via email.

Procedure: The specific return/exchange procedure may vary based on the product. All returns and complaints should be initiated by email.

Refunds

Processing: Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method. If another payment method was used, the funds will be sent to your bank account. Refunds generally take up to 10 days to process once we have received and approved your return.

Promotional items

Return Policy: Promotional items received as part of a NOXNOX offer must be returned along with the qualifying purchase if the total order value falls below the promotion’s threshold.

Option to Keep: If you’d like to keep a promotional item, its discounted value will be deducted from your total refund.

No Independent Returns: Promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

Duvet covers rule

Duvet covers, due to hygiene considerations, are non-refundable and non-returnable once they have been in contact with the body.

*Additional notes

Due to the nature of weighted blankets being used in close contact with the body, and for hygiene reasons, once a blanket has been used and returned, it cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, an exchange fee is applied to cover the costs associated with handling and disposing of returned products to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
