FAQ

Does a cooling blanket actually cool you down? Plus

Yes — though not like an air conditioner. A cooling blanket is made from materials that quickly disperse body heat and allow air to circulate. The result is less heat building up under the blanket, and a cooler feeling against the skin.

What's the best cooling blanket for hot sleepers? Plus

It depends on where you overheat. If it's mainly the head and neck — a cooling pillow is the right starting point. If the whole body overheats — a cooling blanket or bedding set gives broader coverage. For the highest cooling performance, SESA ICE with FORPE fabric and Air Tunnel technology.

Does cooling bedding help reduce night sweats? Plus

It doesn't prevent sweating as a biological process, but it reduces heat and moisture build-up under the blanket. Breathable materials dry out moisture faster and maintain a cooler surface temperature throughout the night.

What materials are best for hot sleepers? Plus

Ice silk, micro-gel fibre, TPE open-cell foam, and FORPE fabric. Each offers high breathability and heat dissipation. Avoid thick synthetic fills or non-breathable outer fabrics.

Can I buy a blanket and pillowcase set together? Plus

Yes. The Dreamhouse cooling set includes a blanket and pillowcases. Individual products can also be bought separately depending on your needs.

How is SESA ICE different from the other products in this collection? Plus

SESA ICE is a premium K-Bedding line from Korea with patented Air Tunnel weaving technology and FORPE fabric — the highest cooling index in the collection. It is clinically tested and designed for those who need more than standard cooling performance.

Are the materials safe for sensitive skin? Plus

Yes. All products in this collection are made from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials — independently tested for harmful substances and suitable for sensitive skin.

How much does cooling bedding cost? Plus

Prices in this collection start from €17 (pillowcases) up to €59 (bedding sets). The SESA ICE premium line is priced separately.
