Do you often feel too hot at night?
Many people wake up sweaty, kick off the blanket, or spend the night shifting around looking for a cooler spot. You sleep enough — but still wake up tired. If this sounds familiar, your bedding materials may be part of the problem.
Why does the body overheat during sleep?
The body naturally releases heat during sleep. If your bedding traps it instead of dispersing it, the temperature under the blanket rises. Standard synthetic fabrics restrict airflow and hold moisture. Cooling materials work differently — they move heat away from the body and bring the surface temperature back down.

Yes — though not like an air conditioner. A cooling blanket is made from materials that quickly disperse body heat and allow air to circulate. The result is less heat building up under the blanket, and a cooler feeling against the skin.
It depends on where you overheat. If it's mainly the head and neck — a cooling pillow is the right starting point. If the whole body overheats — a cooling blanket or bedding set gives broader coverage. For the highest cooling performance, SESA ICE with FORPE fabric and Air Tunnel technology.
It doesn't prevent sweating as a biological process, but it reduces heat and moisture build-up under the blanket. Breathable materials dry out moisture faster and maintain a cooler surface temperature throughout the night.
Ice silk, micro-gel fibre, TPE open-cell foam, and FORPE fabric. Each offers high breathability and heat dissipation. Avoid thick synthetic fills or non-breathable outer fabrics.
